Izabela Paluch – CEO

Graduate of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University (2001) and postgraduate of “Business School – Institute of Business Studies” at Cracow University of Technology (partner: Central Connecticut State University, USA) as well as course for science staff “The professional R&D projects manager” at Agricultural University in Krakow. The 2013 laureate of prestigious government program TOP 500 Innovators Science-Management-Commercialization at Stanford University (2013).

She has over 20-year experience in business enterprises, building sales network and managing international investment projects. She worked as senior executive in production and trade profiled companies such as PPH RUNO, EXCELLENT S.A., GRAFF/Meridian INC., where she held responsibilities for development strategy, financial results, partnership relations, building sales network for products and services, implementing new technologies.

She specializes in intellectual property management, commercialization of R&D results, financing innovations as well as spin-offs incubation. Co-founder and assignee in technology partnership, ALSITECH.

Since 2011 she is working for Cracow University of Technology. Co-creator of organizational concept for INTECH PK and manager of SPIN-TECH program, co-financed by National Center for Research and Development. She commits herself for technology transfer and seeking partners for joint business initiatives targeted at using university’s intellectual property.

Co-founder of spin-offs ALSITECH sp. z o.o. and FlexAndRobust Systems sp. z o.o., in which she is a assignee.

The member of Revisory Commission in TOP 500 Innovators Association – the platform for cooperation between science and technology transfer centers in Poland. The member of board in Alumni of Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology Association. Co-founder of BeneTibi Association – the group of creative people, professionally active in art, culture and science.

As mentor in Polish-first start-up academy for women from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) “Girls Go Start-Up! Academy” and Co-creator and coach of caseLAB – The Lab of Good Practices, she shares her knowledge and experience.

She has been elected for the First INTECH PK President in 2014 and in 2016 she was re-elected.

In INTECH PK she supervises such areas as: strategic planning, investor relations, establishing companies, spin-offs ownership, marketing and promotion, law regulations, finance, controlling, administration and HR.

Krzysztof Oleksy

Graduate of Information Technology and Econometrics at Economic Academy in Krakow and postgraduate of project management at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He participated in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education program “Top 500 Innovators Science-Management Commercialization” at Stanford University (USA, 2013) as well as in foreign internships at Cambridge University, Imperial College, Innovation and Technology Transfer Center of Andalusia.

Since 2002, he works at University of Technology as specialist for industry cooperation. Well-experienced in implementing projects targeted at cooperation with industry and universities. Apart from acquiring funds for such initiatives, he was consultor for young entrepreneurs. He prepared and organized the number of informational services and workshops on seeking partners for cooperation with science or business. Currently, he holds responsibilities for university knowledge commercialization.

Since 2014 he is involved with INTECH PK – as the co-creator of organizational concept of company and the member of project team co-financed by National Center of Research and Development within SPIN-TECH framework, he has greatly aided the development of INTECH PK. He managed works for establishing technological companies ALSITECH sp. z o.o. and FlexAndRobust Systems sp. z o.o. as well as the process of transferring by Cracow University of Technology the license for Mechatronicly powered recicoprocating orthosis.

Co-creator and animator of caseLAB – The Lab of Good Practices, the series of trainings and workshops using Design Thinking and Business Model Canvas that help in coordination of business initiatives.

Member of Top 500 Innovators Association.

Vice-President of INTECH PK 2016-2018.

In INTECH PK he is responsible for the projects analysis and review, management of contracted services, sales planning, making offers, analysis of market potential for innovative solutions and preparing technologies for commercialization, spin-offs owner supervision, risk monitoring and IT.
